Governance: Establish governance models for content management, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.

Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the CMS architecture, configurations, and processes. Provide training and support to content authors, developers, and other stakeholders.

Experience integrating CMS platforms with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, DAM, analytics, and e-commerce solutions.

Expertise in optimizing CMS performance, including strategies for caching, load balancing, and content delivery network (CDN) integration.
