About Second Pass

Second Pass is redefining what's possible for Americans seeking mobility, security, and expanded opportunity beyond U.S. borders. With over 40% of Americans eligible for a second passport through their ancestry and 130+ countries already offering dual citizenship, the future of global living is already here, and we’re building the platform to help people access it.

We provide expert guidance and streamlined processes for pathways such as citizenship by descent, Golden Visas, and residency-by-investment. Our goals: help people reclaim their heritage, expand their world, and plan strategically for the future.

We are now seeking a mission-aligned co-founder to help take this vision to scale.

Why Join as a Co-Founder

As Co-Founder & Operating Partner, you won’t just join a company, you’ll help build it. We already have an expanding brand with established infrastructure - it’s a rare opportunity to make your mark and flex your entrepreneurial muscles.

This role offers rare access to:

  • Leadership Experience: Shape the strategic direction of a high-potential startup.
  • Venture-Scale Ownership: Earn equity as a founding leader with long-term upside.
  • Global Exposure: Gain meaningful expertise in international citizenship, law, markets, and mobility systems.
  • Operational Mastery: Build scalable systems and infrastructure alongside a nimble, fast-growing team.
  • Vision & Purpose: Influence a company that empowers people to access global freedom through smart, strategic citizenship.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s looking to take the reins of building a company from the ground up, but without having the uncapped exposure of doing it by yourself.

What You’ll Do

  • Co-develop and execute business strategy, operations, and product roadmap
  • Lead or support growth initiatives from partnerships and sales to platform development
  • Work with clients to identify eligibility, navigate the process, and complete their dream of obtaining second citizenships
  • Expand and manage global networks of immigration attorneys, legal partners, and government advisors
  • Build scalable internal processes for client onboarding, service fulfillment, and compliance
  • Serve as a strategic voice in brand storytelling, content, and thought leadership
  • Guide product and operational feedback to support platform evolution and a seamless user experience
  • Grow with the company: roles in COO, CEO, or business-unit leadership are possible over time

If you feel called to create something visionary and are ready to build a business that opens the world for others, we’d love to meet you.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
