This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cold Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted cold email campaigns to generate leads, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cold email marketing strategies to reach and engage prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Research and identify target audience segments, industries, and verticals for cold email outreach.
  • Build and manage email lists using CRM systems and email marketing automation platforms.
  • Write compelling and personalized cold email copy that resonates with target prospects and encourages action.
  • Create and test email subject lines, messaging, and call-to-action (CTA) buttons to optimize open rates and response rates.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects through multiple touchpoints to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align cold email campaigns with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to cold email marketing, and ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in cold email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful cold email campaigns and lead generation results.
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Outreach) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized and persuasive email copy.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
