The estimated pay for this role is $300/Clinician/Month USD. The final compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world-class protocols.
• Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs/Psych PAs
• Execute the responsibilities of the collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements (e.g., periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, consulting on prescriptions)
• Mentor and coach our psychiatric clinicians
• Provide clinician performance feedback and (if needed) escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Medical Director
• Licensure: Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing
• Highly Collaborative: You approach collaboration as a true partnership - engaging with clinicians as colleagues, and working with leadership to elevate client outcomes
• Remote-able: You excel in telehealth - attending scheduled monthly/quarterly meetings on time and staying responsive between touchpoints
