Our innovative benefit solutions and services are developed and delivered by a diverse group of unique people. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.

A Little More About The role:

As our Comfort Communications Specialist, you’ll help scale the communications infrastructure that supports our member-experience and benefit-education efforts. Reporting to Gravie’s Product and Member Marketing Leader, you’ll help operationalize campaigns, enable CRM workflows, coordinate vendor communications, and audit collateral to ensure our messaging meets the high standard Gravie demands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help ensure that our members receive clear, consistent, and brand-aligned communications.

You will:

● Support segmentation updates, manual data uploads, audience list refreshes and QA within Braze.

● Support execution of ongoing member‐engagement campaigns (launch, monitoring, optimization).

● Coordinate communications reviews with external partners (virtual-care, navigation programs, vendor support) including scheduling reviews, collecting assets, ensuring brand/tone alignment.

● Organize inbound collateral and communications requests from AM/IM, Clinical, Product, Gravie Care, Finance and other teams; maintain intake tracking, version control, prioritization, deadlines, and ensure necessary internal approvals.

● Become proficient in Gravie’s brand guidelines and tone of voice for members, employers and brokers; review/edit templated partner communications for brand and messaging alignment.

● Conduct audits of member/employer-facing communications and collateral to ensure accuracy; update when plan or product changes impact messaging.

● Provide support for member‐ and employer‐pharmacy communications as required.

● Assist in the development of new collateral as identified by Manager.

You bring:

●  3+ years’ experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM/campaign support, or similar.

● Familiarity with CRM software (Braze or comparable) and digital marketing workflows.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reviewing and editing messaging for brand, tone, consistency, accuracy.

● Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple inbound requests, track status, and deliver on deadlines.

● Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Operations, AM/IM and external vendors.

Extra credit:

●  Some experience in or familiarity with health-benefits communications or regulated industries.

 Gravie:

In order to create a more equitable and sustainable future for employer-sponsored health insurance, we need talented people doing amazing work. In exchange, we offer a great overall employee experience with opportunities for career growth, meaningful mission-driven work, and an above average total rewards package.

The salary range for this position is $63,375 - $105,625 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.

Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart. In addition to standard health and wellness benefits, Gravie’s package includes alternative medicine coverage, generous PTO, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, paid holidays, a 401k program, transportation perks, education reimbursement, and paid paw-ternity leave.

 A Little More About Us:

●   We know healthcare. Our company was founded and is still led by industry veterans who have started and grown several market-leading companies in the space.

●   We have raised money from top tier investors who share the same long-term vision as we do of building an industry defining company that will endure over the long run. We are well capitalized.

●   Our clients love us. Customer satisfaction rates among employees using Gravie health plans consistently rank above 80% – nearly 40 points above the industry average.

●   Our culture is unique. We tend to be non-hierarchical, merit-driven, opinionated but kind people who thrive working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. People at Gravie care deeply about making a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve. We may not be the right place for everybody, but if you get energized by doing work every day that focuses on putting consumers at the front of the line, we could be a great place for you. It takes unique people and diverse perspectives to deliver our results. We encourage you to be your authentic self – we like you that way.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
