What You’ll Be Doing

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g. non-disclosure agreements, service contracts, and vendor agreements).
  • Support NORAM and APAC sales and partnership enablement activities, including advising on data privacy regulations and data security topics.
  • Be a primary legal point of contact for Kyriba’s procurement processes by providing day-to-day legal guidance and vendor contract management.
  • Regularly liaise with global legal colleagues and various departments to support business initiatives.
  • Design and provide internal legal trainings on such topics as supplier management and sales trainings.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Juris doctorate and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction required.
  • 2-3 years of legal experience.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs and corporate contracts.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to working with global cross-function teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Base compensation for this role is: $126,100.00 - $159,475.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
