The Opportunity
Commvault is seeking a motivated Commercial Legal Intern to join the Americas Commercial Legal team and gain hands-on experience in technology transactions. This role offers exposure to drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting corporate initiatives, and contributing to operational projects that keep our commercial engine running.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements under attorney guidance
- Conduct legal research to support technology transactions and corporate initiatives
- Participate in operational and administrative projects within the legal team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a law student (2L preferred)
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong interest in technology transactions and commercial law
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Be at least 17 years of age prior to scheduled start date.
2. Be currently enrolled at an accredited institution.
3. Be enrolled at an accredited institution the semester immediately following the summer internship program (Fall 2026).
