Lead commercial lines ratemaking and pricing model development for property & casualty products, provide stakeholder guidance, mentor staff, and apply deep underwriting and large-risk pricing expertise across lines including E&S.

We are looking for intelligent and knowledgeable candidates that will utilize their rich experience of commercial lines ratemaking and deep understanding of pricing models to contribute to the continuing success of the company’s products.
Position necessitates strong communication and business skills for providing insights and guidance to various stakeholders and for mentoring staff.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance industry
- Has exposures to various commercial lines’ ratemaking and large risk underwriting, including E&S
- Deep understanding of pricing models and modeling techniques
- Strong mentoring ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- FCAS or ACAS
- Bachelor’s degree
