Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting organisationally to the Tournament Headquarters, the Stadium Fan Experience Manager will ensure the successful operational implementation and fulfilment of the dedicated stadium fan engagement area. The Stadium Fan Experience (SFE) is comprised of Commercial partner activations and FIFA-led initiatives designed to enhance the overall match day ticket holder experience.

- Support the SFE operational planning with a strong emphasis on logistical coordination
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the production agency, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables and issue resolution
- Coordinate with key functional areas the seamless installation and operation of all activations
- Oversee commercial partner booth load-in and load-out activities, ensuring compliance with venue regulations, approved schedules and health and safety requirements
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain alignment throughout event build, operations and dismantling phases
- Monitor and enforce build schedules, site access protocols and venue rules across all SFE elements and partner activations
- Conduct site readiness walkthroughs to confirm all installations meet operational, safety and brand standards prior to event opening
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in real time, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address technical, operational, or logistical challenges
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including run-of-show inputs, contact lists and escalation procedures
- Support the onsite Marketing Venue Management team with Commercial Partner activities.
- Complete event evaluations and reporting.
- Any other duties that may be required.
Your Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar level of education
Work Experience
- A minimum experience of 5 years working in sports event management and ideally sponsorship marketing (preferably in soccer).
- Proven experience with administrative responsibilities for international events, ideally in the sports industry.
- Knowledge of marketing operations in event settings.
- Good planning, analytical and conceptual skills.
- Service-oriented approach.
- Strong commitment to quality, results and accountability to a team.
- Resilience to stress and intensive work, persistence and commitment to procedures.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of working on sharing platforms.
- Ability to adopt a strategic view, take decisions and act promptly.
- Great attention to detail and to producing work of a high standard.

- Experience or knowledge of the Host Countries (Canada, Mexico, USA) culture would be an added asset.
