The Company
At Servant, we specialize in empowering leaders and organizations within faith communities through innovative digital transformation and change management solutions. We are dedicated to providing tailored strategies that align with our clients’ values and missions, focusing on service, integrity, and excellence. Our team is passionate about driving impactful change by equipping our partners with the tools and technologies they need to thrive in a digital age.

The Role
Servant is seeking a Senior Growth Advisor based in the Dallas or Austin, Texas metropolitan area. This is a senior sales role for someone who is already deeply embedded in the Christian business ecosystem—not someone who plans to build those relationships after joining. The ideal candidate is an active participant in Christian business peer networks such as C12, Convene, CBMC, Faith Driven Entrepreneur, Pinnacle Forum, Kingdom Advisors or similar network, and has established trust based relationships with senior leaders across churches, parachurch organizations, Christian nonprofits, and faith-aligned businesses. You have a noteworthy history of entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial success, a steadfast dedication to excellence in all endeavors, and a track record as a change-maker in support of large transformation initiatives.

As a Senior Growth Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business through your own network and outreach efforts, supplemented by deals sourced through Servant’s broader network. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by leading customer strategy conversations and owning deal origination, proposal development, customer engagement, and the sales contract process from first conversation through close. We are looking for a hunter who brings their own pipeline someone whose existing relationships in the Faith Ecosystem become Servant’s growth engine in their region. If you are enthusiastic about these challenges as part of driving large-scale Kingdom impact, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do
Originate and Close Deals: Leverage your personal network and outreach to build a pipeline targeting $2.5-$3M in annual closed revenue. You are the primary driver of your own business opportunity.

Lead Strategy Conversations: Engage C-suite and senior ministry leaders in consultative conversations about digital transformation and executive talent needs, positioning Servant as their trusted partner.

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage deal maturation from initial discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. You take pride in leading every aspect of the process meticulously.

Present Servant’s Value: Articulate the value of Servant Digital and Servant Talent services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our solutions meet their specific organizational and missional needs.

Grow and Nurture Relationships: Curate and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive ongoing business opportunities, renewals, and referrals within the Faith Ecosystem.

Stay Market-Informed: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging needs within the Christian business and nonprofit sector to position Servant’s services effectively.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Servant’s marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first conversation through implementation.

Requirements

Required

  • Active participant in one or more Christian business peer networks (C12, Convene, CBMC, Faith Driven Entrepreneur, Pinnacle Forum, Kingdom Advisors, or equivalent) with established, trust-based relationships across church, parachurch, nonprofit, and faith-aligned business leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience selling strategic services, with deep credibility in consultative, relationship-driven sales.
  • Demonstrated success in closing 7-figure complex deals in digital solutions, professional services, or comparable engagements.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering over $10 million in annual lifetime value from managing a portfolio of active accounts.
  • Shares Servant’s mission of “Seeing the global Church grow, thrive, and flourish in the digital age” and is committed to leveraging their sales skills to make a meaningful difference in the Kingdom of God.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently at the C-suite and senior pastor level.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets in a remote, autonomous environment.
  • Deep knowledge of digital transformation and/or executive talent acquisition within mission-driven organizations.

Preferred

  • Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth or Austin metropolitan area with an established local network in the Texas Christian business community.
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Entrepreneurial background or experience within a high-growth services firm.

Why Servant

  • Mission-aligned work that directly impacts the growth and flourishing of the global Church.
  • Autonomy and trust: we hire experienced professionals and let them run.
  • A collaborative, faith-driven team that leads with service, integrity, and excellence.
  • Remote-first culture with flexibility to work where you’re most effective.

Compensation & Culture

This is a base plus commission role with uncapped earning potential, designed for senior sellers who want autonomy, impact, and meaningful upside. At Servant, we value integrity, excellence, humility, and courage—and we believe the right Growth Advisor can play a defining role in advancing our mission to see faith-based organizations grow, thrive, and flourish in the digital age.

Servant is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds who align with our mission and values.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
