The internship involves engaging KOLs in the crypto space, managing operational tasks, moderating content, and enhancing platform products.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our team and play a key role in shaping our platform’s community engagement and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for crypto, a knack for operational tasks, and excellent interpersonal skills. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in KOL management, content moderation, and product enhancement, contributing directly to our platform's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Mapping and Engagement
- Identify and map potential KOLs in the crypto space
- Initiate outreach efforts to onboard KOLs to the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
2. Operational Support
- Verify and manage accounts for projects, media entities, and KOLs
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks to maintain platform standards
3. Moderation and Quality Control
- Monitor platform activity to flag and report spam content
- Identify and map high-quality content for better community visibility
4. Product and Algorithm Enhancement
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance product features and usability
- Assist in improving the platform's algorithm to optimize user experience
Requirements
1. Crypto Knowledge: Basic understanding of the crypto industry, including terminology, trends, and community dynamics
2. Operational Experience: Minimal experience in operations or a related field, with a willingness to learn and adapt
3. High Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and engage with diverse stakeholders representing the company
4. Social Platforms Know-How: Active presence across all crypto-related social platforms, including Twitter, Farcaster, Reddit, YouTube, and others, with the ability to navigate and use them swiftly and effectively.
