Position Overview: Cellebrite is searching for a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager. Establish a competitive intelligence function from scratch at a publicly traded market leader in digital investigations -- a space where the stakes are real, the technology is evolving fast, and the competitive landscape is shifting. You'll work alongside technical marketing, product management, and sales leadership to shape how Cellebrite competes and wins. This role gives you direct access to executive conversations, hands-on exposure to cutting-edge forensic and AI-powered investigation technology, and the autonomy to design the CI operating model your way. If you thrive on building systems that drive measurable competitive advantage, this is your opportunity.

Responsiblilties:

Build and run the CI operating model

  • Establish CI scope, intake process, prioritization, and an SLA-driven response rhythm for GTM requests
  • Build a repeatable system to gather inputs from Sales, SE, CS, PM, Pricing, partners, and public sources
  • Work cross-functionally to scale CI insights, research, and collaboration

Scalable research and production

  • Design competitive research workflows that monitor competitors across websites, documentation, release notes, blogs, webinars/events, job postings, partner ecosystems, and publicly available pricing/packaging information
  • Build lightweight automation to collect, normalize, and format competitive inputs into reusable structures (competitor profiles, feature matrices, pricing tables, objection banks)
  • Create repeatable workflows that convert raw inputs into field-ready assets (battlecards, "how to win" guidance, competitive briefs) while maintaining accuracy and defensibility
  • Implement quality controls: source tracking, recency tagging, confidence levels, and change logs

Central CI repository ("source of truth") for Sales

  • Own and maintain a central, easy-to-navigate CI repository where Sales, SE, and CS teams can reliably find current competitive guidance
  • Ensure assets are consistently updated, clearly versioned, and organized for fast field consumption
  • Produce and maintain executive-ready competitive decks that summarize competitor strategy, product direction, positioning, and key differentiators
  • Keep these decks current with a defined refresh cadence and rapid updates when meaningful competitor moves occur
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to evaluate competitor offerings and validate real-world comparisons
  • Establish a structured approach to testing and documenting competitor capabilities and gaps, ensuring claims are defensible and useful in the field

Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence

  • Maintain competitor pricing/packaging models and comparison frameworks (where obtainable), in partnership with Pricing
  • Provide clear, practical guidance for how to position and defend value in price-sensitive or feature-comparison-heavy deals

Enablement and rapid response

  • Own battlecards, objection handling, competitive talk tracks, and "how to win" guidance for priority competitors
  • Provide rapid-turn competitive briefs for strategic deals, RFPs, and escalations
  • Deliver periodic CI updates to GTM leadership and drive enablement sessions where needed
Requirements
  • 6-10+ years in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, Strategy, or related roles, with direct CI ownership and GTM-facing outputs
  • Track record building CI assets that materially impact competitive execution (battlecards, win themes, objection handling)
  • Strong synthesis and narrative skills -- can turn messy inputs into crisp, defensible guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to scale CI output using modern tools and automation, including AI-assisted research, monitoring, and content production
  • Comfortable with lightweight automation (e.g., scripting, scraping public sources, working with structured data)
  • Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in security, digital investigations, forensics, or other technical/regulated markets
  • Experience with competitive pricing/packaging analysis and monetization frameworks
  • Experience building a CI "source of truth" repository and governance model for a large GTM org
  • Experience partnering with Sales/SE on hands-on competitive testing and defensible claims
  • Familiarity with CI platforms (e.g., Klue, Crayon) and sales enablement tools

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
