Complex Program Manager – eCommerce Programs
- Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite Required)
- Engagement Type: Full-time or Contract (Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C.)
We are seeking a highly experienced Complex Program Manager to lead large-scale eCommerce initiatives and drive Agile product ceremonies across multiple delivery teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and hands-on leadership in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mission-critical eCommerce and digital transformation programs with cross-functional visibility.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, PI planning, and sprint reviews.
- Drive delivery management across multiple technical workstreams, ensuring tight alignment on milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, roadmaps, RACI matrices, and communication plans.
- Present program updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior and executive leadership.
- Support release planning, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level technology or eCommerce programs.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments.
- Proven success leading multi-team, cross-functional programs with technical complexity.
- Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and large stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern Agile program management tools.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related area.
- U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only, due to program sensitivity and compliance requirements.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Third-party (C2C) arrangements are not permitted.
