The Compliance Specialist III performs market surveillance to ensure all Bluetooth products are compliant to the Bluetooth requirements and perform audits of existing qualification data to ensure accuracy. This role interacts with all types of member companies from all regions of the world to support them with the process requirements.
Roles and responsibilities
- Provide first-tier support for member questions and issues related to Compliance Program process
- Own metrics for resolution and pattern analysis to establish baseline for measured improvements to the program and processes
- Own the tracking of enforcement data including generating weekly and ad-hoc reporting for management
- Provide Tier II escalation support to members resolving violations
- Execute surveillance, corrective action, auditing parameters and procedures to verify product compliance to Bluetooth specification
- Own the feedback loop between Compliance and Qualification / Membership team
- Identify opportunity for process improvement
- Take on unique one-off projects and support the gathering of information or execution
- 10% Domestic or International travel
