In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work:
Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation within customer projects.
Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Develop detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies to drive system enhancements.
Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing actionable solutions to support ongoing platform development.
Collaborate virtually with project managers, developers, and other professionals to ensure deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs.
Contribute domain expertise to support the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting capacity.
Expertise in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Advanced proficiency with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in virtual collaboration on remote projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality outputs.
Experience contributing to technology-driven transformation or supporting AI-related initiatives is a plus.
