Summary
The Construction Project Manager coordinates either Basebuild or Tool Install project execution at Fab 6, supporting site infrastructure expansion, upgrades, and manufacturing readiness. This role is responsible for contractor execution and coordinates closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver complex construction scopes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is essential to current and future site development, ensuring safe, high-quality execution and the seamless integration of new facility capabilities that enable capacity growth and technology transitions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Basebuild or Tool Install construction projects, ensuring safe execution, schedule adherence, and alignment with design and quality standards.
  • Lead installation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment in partnership with tool owners, facilities engineers, and operations teams.
  • Coordinate contractors and internal resources to complete complex construction scopes in an active manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, construction safety standards, and site policies.
  • Maintain project continuity by leading scope, schedule, cost, and risk throughout construction activities.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to partners and site leadership.
  • Support production readiness by delivering infrastructure and equipment to the line on schedule.
  • Enable capacity expansion and future site development by supporting integration of new facility capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Project Execution: Experience in construction and basebuild or tool install activities and drive schedules in operational manufacturing environments.
  • Coordination: Experience coordinating execution and expeirence partnering with internal engineering or operations partners.
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills and ability to lead multi-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience supporting semiconductor fab construction, tool installation, or advanced manufacturing infrastructure projects.
  • Construction Scope Management: Proven success delivering complex construction scopes in fast-paced, high-reliability environments.
  • Facilities & Operations Interface: Experience integrating new infrastructure with existing manufacturing operations and long-term site development strategies.
