Support the profitable growth of the Health & Safety practice through the delivery of Health & Safety services to multinational clients, including those in the entertainment and movie production industry, while generating personal billable revenue and actively contributing to Chubb Risk Consulting’s strategy. This role is integral in ensuring customer satisfaction and the profitable growth of Chubb Risk Consulting. The position regularly interfaces with clients as well as Sales & Client Services.

Location – Remote

Travel – up to 70%


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive safety field assessments across diverse industry sectors, with a focus on machine guarding evaluation, lockout/tagout (LOTO) program reviews, and industrial safety compliance.
  • Assess client machine guarding systems for adequacy and regulatory conformance, identifying deficiencies and recommending corrective measures aligned with OSHA ANSI/ASME standards.
  • Review, evaluate, and benchmark client lockout/tagout programs against OSHA requirements, including procedure adequacy, employee training, periodic inspections, and program documentation.
  • Perform health & safety compliance audits at client facilities, evaluating adherence to applicable regulatory standards; document findings and recommend prioritized corrective actions.
  • Develop detailed technical reports summarizing audit findings, risk evaluations, and actionable recommendations for hazard mitigation and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement machine safeguarding strategies, LOTO program improvements, and corrective action plans.
  • Utilize technology and software for audit management, data analysis, and EHS compliance tracking.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices to ensure client compliance and risk reduction.
  • Take full accountability for achieving desired results and project deliverables.
  • Use customer and client insights to adjust and/or drive product and service solutions.
  • Deepen business relationships with clients.
  • Complete special assignments and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental science, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of health and safety experience supporting customers across multiple industries; consulting experience required
  • Experience consulting within the entertainment and/or movie production industry is a plus, particularly supporting production environments, studios, or related operational settings.
  • Professional Certification: CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or similar EHS credential preferred

The pay range for the role is $86,000 to $124,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
