The Consultant provides project support and client service across CBIZ Technology’s AI engagements. This role assists in executing assigned workstreams, preparing client-facing materials, supporting implementation activities, and contributing to team-based delivery efforts. The Consultant is expected to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and build technical and consulting capabilities within the AI practice.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Support project teams in executing AI-related tasks, documentation, analysis, and implementation activities.
Prepare presentations and supporting materials to communicate information clearly to a variety of audiences.
Contribute effectively within a team environment while supporting client and internal project needs.
Maintain certifications and licenses required for the assigned area of expertise.
Use applicable technology proficiently to complete assigned responsibilities and support project delivery.
Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel as needed based on client and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
Experience supporting project delivery, business analysis, client service, or technology implementation efforts.
Familiarity with AI, automation, data analysis, or digital transformation concepts.
Ability to create polished presentations, documentation, and client-ready materials.
Exposure to consulting, professional services, or client-facing project environments preferred.
Relevant certifications or technical training related to assigned area of expertise preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of experience in related field
Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
Must be able to work in a team environment
Competence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques.
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business need
