CONSULTANT – FINANCE TRANSFORMATION

Hackett’s Finance Transformation Practice is the strategic advisor to the CFO.  We work with the CFO and their teams to address the business challenges and disruptions they face by pairing our unparalleled intellectual property and experience to deliver the needed outcomes for their organizations.  On topics as diverse as Finance Strategy, Digital Disruption, Modern Finance Architecture, Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Business Service, Outsourcing, and Working Capital - we partner with our clients for success across the entire journey.


Consultants will typically be involved in the following activities:

Understanding, analyzing and articulating common business processes and decisions

Interviewing key client personnel, documenting findings and analyzing results

Understanding and articulating the major processes within a business

Organizing, documenting and presenting information logically

Gathering, interpreting and manipulating data in support of assessments

Developing client-ready presentations and deliverables (e.g., business flows, business process descriptions, program specs)

 

Consultants will typically have:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

Ability to effectively operate either independently or in a team environment

Outstanding MS Office and data modeling skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Undergraduate degree – business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred

2 - 3 years of prior consulting and/or relevant industry experience
