This role offers significant growth potential into advanced cybersecurity engagements, custom tool development, customer training, and more.

  • Deliver structured implementation onboarding following Vectra's proven methodology, including architectural design reviews, traffic validation, and triage tuning.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to integrate Vectra into their security ecosystem (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR) using built-in features or APIs.
  • Assist with traffic flow validation and sensor data health assessments.
  • Contribute to customer training and enablement by walking them through platform usage, key features, and operational workflows.
  • Document technical deployments, implementation plans, and handover materials.
  • Support issue resolution during onboarding; escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and delivering impactful outcomes for customers; genuinely motivated by helping organizations improve their security posture.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment; proactively seeks growth opportunities and is driven by both personal career development and customer success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., CS, IT, Cybersecurity) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Linux systems administration.
    • Networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnets, routing, firewalls).
    • Cybersecurity tools and practices (EDR, SIEM, identity systems like AD, cloud security fundamentals).
  • Exposure to scripting and automation (Python preferred).
  • Comfortable working with API-based integrations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify technical topics for varied audiences.
  • Passion for learning and growth in the cybersecurity space.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% if needed.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with Vectra AI or similar NDR/CDR solutions.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
