thatgamecompany is looking for a creative and proactive Content & Creator Operations/Coordinator to drive the product’s presence on platforms such as Tiktok and support our creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia (SEA). With 0-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for planning and operating localized accounts, scouting emerging talent, and assisting in building a thriving creator community for enhancing platform engagement, and Sky’s brand impact in SEA.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Strategy & Operation: Own the end-to-end management of localized TikTok accounts, from creative brainstorming and scriptwriting to posting and community interaction.
Creator Scouting & Recruitment: Proactively identify and onboard high-potential creators to expand Sky’s creator family.
Trend & UGC Leadership: Stay ahead of platform algorithms and viral mechanics to guide creators in producing high-quality, brand-aligned User-Generated Content (UGC).
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze content performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, optimizing both creator engagement and content output.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Localization teams to ensure all activities align with global branding and support localized campaign execution.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-3 years in social media operations, content creation, or the gaming industry.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in one of the following: English + Mandarin, English + Vietnamese, or Mandarin + Vietnamese.
Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of short-video content planning; you are someone who loves "cracking the code" of platform algorithms.
Cultural Insight: Strong awareness of SEA user preferences and local digital subcultures.
Passion for Sky: Deep resonance with the values, aesthetics, and community spirit of Sky: Children of the Light.
Nice To Have:
Multi-Platform Mastery: Proficiency in Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram, and Discord, with experience in cross-platform creator collaborations.
Hands-on Creation: Experience in video editing (CapCut/etc.) or original content production to provide practical guidance to creators.
