- Conduct SME interviews and working sessions to gather source material on subject business processes, ERP system touchpoints, key audience care-abouts and potential learner questions
- Synthesize inputs into learner-ready training content and lead reviews with Spur Reply and client teams
- Finalize training decks with a high degree of fit-and-finish and attention to detail
- Deliver live virtual training sessions (approximately 2 hours each) across a multi-week, multi-session per week schedule
- Facilitate sandbox demonstrations (developed by the client) of SAP and related systems, walking learners through click-by-click process flows in a clear and engaging manner
- Manage all pre- and post-session logistics including attendance tracking, capturing and posting learner questions to appropriate platforms, and post-session communications to the attending learners
- Maintain organized documentation of content, SME notes, and session materials within a shared Microsoft Teams / SharePoint environment
Minimum Requirements

- Strong PowerPoint skills with keen attention to detail; able to build structured, on-brand training decks from SME notes and raw source material
- Effective communicator and collaborator; comfortable leading client meetings, running SME discovery sessions, and working across a team
- Self-directed with strong time management; able to own a workstream and drive it to completion with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on exposure to SAP environments (SAP FIORI, S/4HANA)
- Experience working alongside instructional designers in a content-build support capacity
- Background in management consulting, business transformation, or change management programs
- Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate content synthesis and materials development
