Role Overview

- As our Content & Digital Marketing Specialist (SaaS, EdTech, B2B), you'll turn ideas into engaging stories that educate, inspire, and deliver measurable results. From crafting compelling content to optimizing it for search, launching campaigns, and tracking performance, you'll help shape a brand's digital presence while ensuring every piece of content reaches the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write blogs, articles, website copy, and case studies.
- Create LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Publish and manage website content using WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Schedule and manage social media content across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, email marketing metrics, and social media insights.
- Maintain the marketing content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple digital formats.
- Support digital marketing campaign execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Turn technical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Continuously improve content performance using analytics and insights.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 3+ years of experience in content writing and digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills across blogs, email marketing, social media, and website content.
- Experience using WordPress or another Content Management System (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in interpreting Google Analytics and campaign performance reports.
- Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or technology marketing.
- Experience supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with content performance reporting and marketing analytics.

- Work Setup: Remote (Work From Home).
- Client: Australian Technology Business (Education Sector).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Working Hours: Day-shift (AWST).
