- Work with marketing teams and business stakeholders to plan and create content for clients, prospects and industry audiences.
- Work with the Head of Content Strategy to develop content that reflects ZS's business priorities, marketing themes, points of view and content standards.
- Develop campaign content for healthcare, pharma and other B2B audiences across ZS marketing channels.
- Recommend content formats based on the audience, channel and goal.
- Write, ghostwrite and edit short- and long-form content for external audiences.
- Write video scripts and work with marketers and video producers to shape the story.
- Write and edit promotional content to help drive engagement and leads.
- Prepare digital content for publishing in content management systems, including images, graphics, taxonomy tags and metadata.
- Work with marketing and events teams on event content, including presentations, digital signage, promotional videos and social media.
- Guide ZS colleagues and SMEs through the content development process.
- Use audience insights, personas, messaging, keywords, AI insights and performance data to inform your writing.
- Translate complex ideas, industry trends and ZS expertise for different audiences and channels.
- Review content performance and use what you learn to improve future work.
- Follow industry news and trends that matter to ZS audiences.
What You'll Bring :
- A./B.S. degree required, advanced degrees welcome
- 5-10 years of relevant writing experience in a B2B, healthcare, pharma, professional services or related marketing environment
- Experience writing for pharma, biopharma, healthcare or B2B professional services audiences is a plus
- Experience writing educational, promotional, demand generation and sales enablement content
- Understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO best practices and how to apply them to digital content
- The ability to work through feedback and help move stakeholders toward the best content solution
- Hands-on use of content management systems, project management platforms, search tools and generative AI tools
- Strong project management skills
- The ability to follow AP style, in-house style and brand voice guidelines
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
