We are expanding our global presence and are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Content Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute the company’s Content Strategy across all regions and channels.
  • Provide strategic input into content creation for major campaigns and projects.
  •  Define and optimize internal processes and workflows for efficient content production.
  •  Define the company’s brand voice and ensure that all produced content aligns with it.
  • Understand the client profile by region and ensure content strategies reflect the company’s vision and stakeholder goals.
  •  Review all content to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  •  Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements.
  •  Produce content for a variety of formats and platforms including web, email, newsletters, print, video, reports, social media, and press releases.
  •  Collaborate with design, social media, and video teams to ensure content adheres to creative and technical standards.
  •  Proactively brainstorm new content initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content roles, with at least 1–3 years leading a content team.
  • Proven experience in fintech, brokerage, or digital banking content creation is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of content performance analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and a solid understanding of UX copywriting principles.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), with the ability to brief, write, and communicate clearly.

Experience in building content strategy from scratch and familiarity with product ownership is a big plus.
