Role Overview

We’re seeking a Content Strategist and Copywriter who can create thematic, long-form content while also delivering high-impact copy across email, in-app messaging, and marketing campaigns.

This role blends SEO-driven content strategy with conversion-oriented writing. You’ll help define thought leadership, improve discoverability, and ensure consistent messaging across the funnel.

Scope & Duration
Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week
Engagement Type: Contractor / Freelancer (Potential to convert to Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write long-form content (blogs, articles, guides) tied to core themes
  • Optimize content for SEO, keywords, and search intent
  • Create compelling email copy, lifecycle messaging, and in-app prompts
  • Collaborate on campaign narratives and messaging frameworks
  • Refresh and repurpose content across channels
  • Ensure voice, tone, and messaging consistency
  • Track content performance and recommend optimizations
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years in content marketing and copywriting
  • Strong long-form writing and storytelling ability
  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics
  • Experience writing lifecycle emails and product messaging
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging content
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or reimbursement-related products
  • Familiarity with content tools
  • Editorial or journalistic background
