We are proud to be creating the future of generative AI and AI agents. Here, you’ll collaborate with trailblazing experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and leveraging technologies like Agentforce to create impactful customer outcomes. Whether you're developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale. If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.

NeuraFlash is looking for a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to support our rapidly growing AWS practice. This role is perfect for a content-focused marketer with strong writing abilities, a deep understanding of AWS (especially Amazon Connect and the broader AI/GenAI ecosystem), and experience developing high-impact B2B content that accelerates sales cycles and strengthens partner relationships.

This role requires a strong focus on industries, understanding the unique needs, pain points, regulations, and priorities of key verticals such as financial services, retail, and energy/utilities. You’ll translate that industry knowledge into tailored content, compelling use cases, and messaging that feels purpose-built for each audience.

You will collaborate closely with AWS stakeholders, NeuraFlash GTM leaders, product experts, and our in-house creative teams to produce compelling content and campaigns for the AWS ecosystem. This includes thought leadership, sales enablement, partner-facing materials, event content, and demand generation assets that clearly articulate NeuraFlash’s value and differentiation in the market.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and document a content strategy aligned to AWS partnership priorities, field needs, and NeuraFlash’s GTM goals
  • Create high-quality, conversion-driven content across a wide range of digital channels (email, web, blog, social), supporting the marketing and sales funnel from awareness to opportunity acceleration
  • Serve as a content architect and storyteller—translating complex AWS narratives (Amazon Connect, Bedrock, Lex, agentic AI, GenAI automation) into clear, concise, and compelling messaging

Content Development & Project Management

  • Produce, edit, and manage content assets including:
    • Solution briefs, one-pagers, and sales collateral
    • Presentations, pitch decks, and AWS-facing enablement materials
    • Email campaigns and nurture tracks
    • Blog posts, thought leadership articles, and customer success stories
Event materials, webinar assets, and post-event campaign content
  • Partner with subject matter experts across AWS and NeuraFlash to create content that is technically accurate, resonant, and aligned with brand and partner messaging
  • Maintain a content and editorial calendar that aligns with AWS co-selling motions, marketing campaigns, and product releases

Digital Campaigns & Performance Optimization

  • Build and distribute targeted email and digital campaigns that support AWS account teams, demand gen programs, and vertical GTM initiatives
  • Apply SEO, SEM, and digital best practices to increase discoverability and engagement
  • Track and report on content and campaign metrics—identifying insights to improve pipeline generation and AWS seller engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with AWS teams, NeuraFlash sales, product, and marketing to gather input, validate messaging, and align content with field prioritiesz
  • Support business development initiatives by developing compelling pursuits and enablement materials
  • Participate in GTM planning sessions, training, and content workshops to continually enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Salesforce sales, marketing, and product teams to identify areas of cross-collaboration across both partnerships

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in content development, B2B marketing, or GTM roles (preferably within the AWS ecosystem or cloud/AI technology landscape)
  • Strong understanding of AWS, including Amazon Connect and the broader AI/GenAI ecosystem (Lex, Bedrock, agent assistance, automation)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create content that converts prospects into qualified leads
  • Hands-on experience creating multi-channel content: email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, sales decks, infographics, and digital assets
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CMS platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and email marketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and project management discipline
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, sales teams, and technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, high-energy, self-starter mentality with a passion for cloud, AI, and shaping the future of customer experience technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Why This Role Matters

This position plays a critical role in accelerating NeuraFlash’s AWS marketing engine. Your content will directly influence:

  • AWS field awareness and partner engagement
  • Pipeline creation for Amazon Connect services and NeuraFlash products
  • GTM alignment across AWS, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash
  • Our ability to scale demand generation and storytelling across industries and regions

You’ll help shape how AWS sellers talk about NeuraFlash—and why customers choose us.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
