What you will do

The Kenvue Internship program is a six-month experience to help third or final year/recent Bachelor's degree in management or any related field develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.  This role will enable the intern to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.  This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours per week) assignment aiming to start earliest this August/September.

We are looking for a Content Strategy Intern who is passionate about social media, digital trends, and content creation. This role will support the marketing team by helping identify emerging trends, generate content ideas, support creator collaborations, develop creative directions, review content for brand alignment, and analyze performance insights to help optimize future content. The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify the latest TikTok trends, viral content formats, and Gen Z insights relevant to the brand.
  • Generate creative content ideas and concepts for TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Support KOL and affiliate content planning by providing content direction and creative recommendations to the agency.
  • Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.
  • Review content submitted by creators and provide feedback to optimize performance and brand fit.
  • Monitor content performance, identify winning content patterns, and recommend ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Support simple video editing (e.g., CapCut/Canva) for quick content iterations or internal content needs.
  • Track competitors, emerging trends, and platform algorithm updates to identify new content opportunities.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Third or Fourth year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Film, Creative Media, or related fields.
  • Passionate about TikTok and highly familiar with Gen Z trends, social media culture, and viral content.
  • Understands TikTok trends, storytelling, and platform algorithms.
  • Comfortable analyzing content performance and translating insights into new ideas.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Basic understanding of social media metrics and content performance.
  • Familiar with CapCut, Canva, or other basic video editing tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating TikTok content, managing a personal/content creator account, or building a social media portfolio is a plus.
  • Self-driven, adaptable and a strong communicator and collaborator
  • Passionate to learn and be part of a dynamic team
  • Highly interested in the Sales, Marketing or Ecommerce tracks
  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months starting August/September
