About the role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide executive-level support to three senior business leaders. This role requires a dynamic approach to administrative responsibilities including calendar management, expense reconciliation, project coordination, event and meeting planning, and travel arrangements. Given the seniority of the leaders you’ll support, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information is essential.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings with staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to three senior leaders, including document preparation, report compilation, and proposal development
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodations, maintaining accurate records and reconciling expenses
  • Design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Plan and execute events from end-to-end for employees, clients, or partners
  • Offer general administrative and organizational support to team members as needed

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in a high-growth, global, or technology-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and professionalism when engaging with executives and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, and other digital collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in managing complex calendars and coordinating travel logistics
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong alignment to company values and culture
