Are you ready to help us design and build our LaserWeeder that solve real problems in our food supply?

 As a Contract Engineering Robotics Technician at Carbon Robotics, you’ll be assigned to tasks ranging from assembling small complex assemblies to large machines, building test benches or supporting machines in Seattle.

Requirements:

  • Be a self starter and work well independently with little guidance. Must also be able to flourish within a team environment.
  • Shop skills and knowledge of safe practices
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as assembly instructions, operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Exceptional hands-on abilities and knowledge of tools.
  • Previous hands on technical assembly experience with mechanical or electrical products
  • Maintaining Shop/Facility cleanliness and organization
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Willing to travel around 15%

Nice to Have:

  • Agriculture experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience with parts tracking
  • Organizational skills
  • 3D CAD experience a nice to have (Solidworks or Equivalent)

Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$60,296$88,031 USD
