• Have a strong understanding of data modeling
• Have familiarity with CI/CD and experience setting up deployment pipelines

• Proactively identify risks and approach them with a solution-oriented mindset
• Are comfortable using IDEs, version control and command line tools
• Confident in providing recommendations on the best ways to solve platform problems
• Consider all ‘perspectives’ and can successfully balance KPIs with technical constraints
• Enjoy mentoring other developers

THE NICE TO HAVE.

Candidate may receive bonus points if you...

• Have an appreciation for inclusive and accessible UI implementations
• Experience with Payload CMS, Vercel, and Next.js
• Worked with emerging technologies like Machine Learning, Voice and/or AR/VR
• Have code samples or a GitHub account to share
