  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate activities across Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams
  • Manage vendors and system integrators, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate when required
  • Support system design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise program governance, standards, and stage-gate requirements
  • Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans
  • Support data migration, integrations, and reporting workstreams as needed

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle CLM implementation or Oracle Procurement/Contracts modules
  • Must have industry experience in Oil & Gas and/or Energy
  • Proven experience partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO stakeholders
  • Strong project management experience across design, build, test, and deploy phases
  • Proficiency with Smartsheets, excel, and PPT for project tracking, reporting, and governance
  • Vendor and third-party management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required; experience with probabilistic or economic modeling tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented partnership mindset
  • Strong collaboration with project and engineering teams

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
