Job Title: Contract Project Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Location: Seattle, WA

 

ARCCA is seeking a contract Project Manager to provide maternity leave coverage. This individual will support a variety of cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business and functional teams to drive projects from planning through execution while maintaining clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and accountability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and consistent communication to project teams through recurring meetings, meeting agendas, meeting notes, project plans, diagrams, and status updates.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly pivot between a variety of functional areas and business topics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing varying goals, timelines, priorities, and teams.
  • Lead and collaborate with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify tasks, dependencies, ownership, and timelines, while driving activities to successful completion.
  • Effectively manage teams with competing priorities and objectives, building consensus and maintaining forward progress.
  • Incorporate change management principles into project planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to Senior Leadership.
  • Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate, present, and explain information through multiple channels including PowerPoint presentations, written communications, Excel reporting, and verbal presentations.
  • Strong proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
    • Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar project management software (Intermediate to Advanced)
    • PowerPoint, including development of executive-level project updates and leadership communications
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, influence without direct authority, and drive projects to successful completion.
