Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand organizational plans and talent requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, from community services to online platforms, to attract top talent.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate leadership interviews, managing logistics as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Recommend innovative practices to enhance organization attractiveness and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on recruitment regulations to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to HR and organizational goals through effective talent acquisition strategies.
Success Requirements:
- Proficiency in the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Healthcare specific industry knowledge, understanding roles, skill sets, and market trends with specific Auditing areas such as:
- DRG Auditors
- Clinical Validation Auditors (CVA)
- Outpatient Auditors
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Relationship-building abilities to foster candidate connections.
- Strong time management skills for handling multiple tasks.
- Tech-savviness with applicant tracking systems and other tools.
- Adaptability to evolving recruitment landscapes.
- Data-driven mindset to optimize strategies.
- Negotiation skills for managing offers and expectations.
- Problem-solving abilities for addressing recruitment challenges effectively.

Hourly rate is $25-40 per hour
The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
