In This Role

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will support sales execution and compliance by reviewing contracts and ensuring alignment with internal standards and legal requirements. Strong legal acumen and comfort with internal systems and contract workflows are critical to success.

Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret contracts and deal documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales operations, legal, and business leadership, to resolve compliance issues and drive deal execution.

  • Support operational rhythms of the business by maintaining tracking systems for project milestones, metrics, budgets, and timelines.

  • Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity of objectives, success metrics, and communication alignment.

  • Contribute to internal communication efforts including meeting coordination, presentation development, and status reporting.

  • Engage with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and promote best practice sharing across business groups.

  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.

Required Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in business operations, sales deal execution, or compliance-related functions.

  • Strong background in contract review, legal analysis, or compliance—especially in high-volume or regulated environments.

  • Experience supporting complex projects and cross-functional initiatives with clear deliverables and timelines.

  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple concurrent tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders at various levels.

  • Proficiency with enterprise tools and systems for deal tracking, compliance reviews, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with internal contract lifecycle management tools or CRM systems used by large enterprise organizations.

  • Experience working in a structured enterprise environment, especially with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, sales, and compliance teams.

  • Exposure to internal governance, risk, or compliance review workflows.

  • Previous experience supporting internal communication or organizational culture initiatives.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.
