Job Title: Contract Technical Senior Recruiter  

Location: Remote in the US  

Position Overview:  
The Senior Recruiter will operate as a Strategic Talent Advisor, partnering with the business to drive all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be a key player recruiting for positions at all levels of the organization. Our small but mighty Talent Acquisition team will work together to create best-in-class hiring strategies and achieve our hiring goals through collaboration and strategic partnerships with hiring leaders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and understand position requirements and demonstrate a strong understanding of the talent landscape, pipeline insights, and sourcing strategies 
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for requisitions from scheduling/sourcing/screening through interview process and offer negotiation stages 
  • Lead with data by providing data-driven insights to our leaders on pertinent recruiting pipeline details and new-hire information while maintaining clean data integrity in the ATS 
  • Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and to ensure a positive candidate experience 
  • Understand and bring technical knowledge in the specialized areas for Engineering and Product recruitment 
  • Build and influence the candidate assessment and selection process with the broader hiring team 
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified passive and active candidates by cultivating a strong network of talent and proactively identifying talent for high-priority roles  
  • Actively provide recruiting updates such as pipeline details and status changes to Hiring Managers and Business Partners on a regular cadence 
  • Leverage modern recruiting technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity  
  • Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure seamless workflows and onboarding handover 
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate and ensure consistent implementation and interpretation of company-wide HR programs policies, procedures, guidelines, laws, standards, and other government regulations are followed 
  • Manage and participate in ongoing recruiting projects to enhance operational excellence including but not limited to process and procedure implementations and enhancements, establishing sourcing/recruiting strategies, scheduling and participating in interviews, and fostering ideas for a world-class candidate experience 
  • Demonstrate a willingness to complete administrative and technical tasks as required from time to time 

Education & Experience 

  • High school diploma/GED required; higher education or certificates in HR/Recruiting preferred 
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting in high-volume capacity required; across a wide variety of industries and roles (Hi-Tech industry preferred) 
  • Strong experience recruiting for roles in Engineering, Marketing, Product, IT and some exposure to recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing highly desired 
  • Strong experience working in a modern ATS System such as (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby or similar) 
  • Expert level sourcing ability using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Interstellar, Github Repository, Twitter Sourcing, Google Boolean search, Indeed, ATS mining, etc.  
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit for the company 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup, tech company, or similar industry environment 
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS 365 environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

  • Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments and execute with a strong sense of urgency  
  • Must exhibit flexibility and adaptability under pressure with a demonstrated ability to produce results while balancing multiple critical tasks 
  • Strong reporting, data integrity, presentation, and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a team 
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across all levels of the organization  
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and project management skills 
  • Solutions-oriented thinker with systems knowledge and the ability to identify and implement best practices 
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of employment law, both state and federal (including but not limited to FMLA, ADAAA, EEO), and Human Resources functional areas  

Business Travel:  

  • Up to 5% 

Hourly Pay: $60.00-$85.00 per hour

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
