Build and maintain customer relationships, assess account growth opportunities, promote Hapag-Lloyd digital products, prepare competitive rate proposals, monitor customer business and quotations, and provide market feedback. The role supports growth accounts, achieves core performance indicators, resolves customer challenges, and delivers responsive, customer-focused service in a commercial logistics environment.
Drive the highest levels of quality towards the assigned core customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd. Develop a portfolio of customers that can be elevated to LKA. Drive Promote Digital products for Hapag-Lloyd.
Responsibilities- Establish and build client relationships
- Evaluate Customer potential, determine opportunities for growth
- Encourage use of web tools and web quotations
- For selected growth accounts, prepare rate proposals, timely and competitive.
- Give feedback on the market including rates, competition activities, market conditions etc to all relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on customer business, quotations, freetime
- Achieve Core Key Performance indicators
- Examine challenges and problems and generate possible solutions
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a commercial role/customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector
- Very good command of written and spoken Thai & English
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Positive attitude
- Result driven team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Goal and deadline driven
- Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
