As part of the Global Instructor Strategy team, the Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our on-air fitness talent and ensuring their experience is streamlined, productive, and aligned with Peloton’s brand and Mission.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to Peloton’s Head Instructor & VP, Fitness Programming and Peloton’s VP, Instructor Strategy & Development,
    Including:
    • Calendar management, weekly car bookings based on production schedules, and supporting in the office during busy days (this could include coffee runs, ordering lunch etc)
    • Coordinating executive needs, including expense submission, weekly “outside activity” submission forms, management of Greenfly account, organizing social asset folders, and supporting at Peloton photoshoots.
    • Collaborate closely with VP’s Personal Assistant to ensure alignment on weekly communications, social planning, and timely asset delivery

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

  • Support all instructors with administrative needs related to classes, specialty programming, workshops, and instructor summits
  • Schedule meetings and briefings with all instructors and key stakeholders, including production teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts
  • Coordinate logistics and travel when instructors work between Peloton Studios New York and London
  • Assist with IT equipment, software updates, and navigating company systems and Benefits
  • Manage VIP and celebrity guest visits at Peloton Studios
  • Help maintain locker room supplies and address day-to-day requests
  • Represent Instructor Strategy in department-wide projects, production workflows, and studio initiatives
  • Monitor and track instructor expenses and vendor invoices to ensure timely processing and budget alignment
  • Maintain organized storage of digital social assets and brand photography for the global instructor team
  • Support instructor onboarding, relocation, and visa logistics as needed

YOU BRING TO PELOTON:

    • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally working with on-air talent in entertainment or Fitness.
    • Confidence, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and travel as needed.
    • High level proficiency in Google Suite — especially Sheets and Slides.
    • Social media skills, including behind-the-scenes content capture. Editing skills are a plus..
    • Discretion and professionalism in working with high-profile talent.
    • A passion for working with talent and an understanding of the unique pressures that an ‘on camera’ role brings.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. $71,600$84,700 USD
