Job Description
This is a local supply chain position responsible for their specific hospital supply chain operation. This position will report to the Regional Supply Chain Director. Shriners Spokane is looking for a full-time Coordinator, Supply Chain to join the team!
Key Responsibilities:
To plan, organize, develop, and direct the operation of their hospital’s Supply Chain Management Department considering all patient age groups. Develops and implements departmental policies/procedures that guide and support the provision of purchasing services in conjunction with corporate directives.
Assist with the authorization and execution of purchase orders for equipment services and supplies for their hospital. Support, advise and assist department managers within their hospital with supply chain needs.
Plan and organize all capital requisitions from planning to purchase.
Serve as backup to the Regional Director of Supply Chain
Manage local hospital recalls
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
5 years Purchasing/Procurement in hospital environment, supervisory
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business
Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP)
Knowledge/experience with medical supplies, inventory control and purchasing procedures
The pay range for this position is $29.79-$44.69/hourly
