About the Role

Serve as a key driver in modernizing core applications and organizational processes. Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand business requirements, and deliver project management solutions that support transformation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Core Applications Transformation
  • Lead change management to implement new technologies and streamline operations for greater efficiency.

  • Champion agile methodologies and innovative operational models to enable future growth.

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to redesign processes, identify automation opportunities, and enhance customer experience.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational value.

  • Support the Director, CAT in developing business case and executing core applications transformation projects.

  • Coordinate engagement strategies and communication protocols with stakeholders.


Project Management and Delivery

 

  • Lead project teams, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with operational KPIs.

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, risk management, governance, reporting, and resource allocation.

  • Establish and maintain consistent project governance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with TDA Project Manager and workstreams to ensure effective project oversight.

  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and deliverable sign-off.

  • Develop communication materials tailored to various audiences.

  • Provide direct project management support for specific initiatives, including end-to-end planning and execution of delivery, testing and training where required for the implementation projects.

  • Occasional travel to offshore hosting centers may be required.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree with at least 8 years of relevant project experience, including 4 years in a team lead role.

  • PMP, Lean, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is an advantage.

  • Extensive experience in similar roles within the insurance industry.

  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in large organizations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
