We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience to join our thriving business group. Ideal candidates will have experience with sophisticated LLCs and private corporations, private company M&A and a variety of commercial arrangements.
The group’s practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries, as well as general corporate representation including complex commercial contracting, and corporate governance.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
