Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models, including DCF and three-statement models, to drive data-backed decision making.
- Support the customer’s team in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimize resource allocation and strategic priorities.
- Conduct rigorous valuation analyses for potential investments, partnerships, or M&A opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on targets, analyzing operational, financial, and strategic metrics.
- Prepare concise, persuasive presentations and memos for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in financial modeling, including building and analyzing DCF and three-statement models.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation techniques within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated experience conducting thorough due diligence for deals or investments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proven track record of supporting strategic planning and business development in major organizations.
