Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll be joining a team that supports Agero’s corporate strategy as it seeks to maintain its market-leading position in the white-label vehicle assistance market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the commercial and strategy teams in research, analysis, and execution of our strategic initiatives. This requires a solid understanding of Agero’s economics, client segment requirements, and the competitive landscape. Your work will provide the critical data and insights needed to shape our product and positioning choices. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to develop strong strategic capabilities while supporting senior leadership on high-impact projects.
Essential Functions/ Key Outcomes:
Primary Focus (60% of time): Overall, you will drive informed decision making, create positive action in the market, translating into positive financial results for Agero.
- Support the design and management of projects within our commercial strategy. Assist in identifying key strategic choices and contribute to the analysis that informs those choices across commercial, marketing, and platform teams.
- Assist product and marketing leads by compiling internal data, customer research, and market assessments to help refine go-to-market strategies.
- Perform quantitative analyses, including financial analysis, market analysis, and the development of financial models to evaluate and implement strategic recommendations.
- Provide data-driven insights to help inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
- Interface with other groups within Agero to collect and compile information in support of strategy development.
- Assist in the execution of key strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to Senior Leaders.
Secondary Focus (40% of time):
- Conduct secondary research and analysis of industry, company, customer, and channel data to support market assessment and identification of key strategic trends.
- Monitor, organize, and report relevant industry news and current events to support competitive intelligence and assessment of new threats and opportunities arising in the marketplace.
Skills, Education & Experience:
Education: Undergraduate degree with a strong record of academic performance.
Experience: 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in strategy, management consulting, or a highly analytical corporate role.
Skills: Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to perform structured quantitative and qualitative analyses - Excellent oral and written communication skills - General business acumen - Proficiency in research and data synthesis.
Attributes: Strong curiosity about identifying and solving business problems. Self starter with drive to have positive impact on the company and for our clients.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.
