This position is full-time On-site 40 hours per week. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 300 Burnett Street Fort Worth, TX.
This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
  • Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
  • Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
  • Solves routine problems on own
  • Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Works with others as part of a team

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years OR older
  • 2+ years in a customer service position
  • Experience working with computers, including operating within Microsoft Windows
  • Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of it's subsidiaries or affiliates.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to the office located at 300 Burnett Street, Fort Worth, Texas
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong literary comprehension capability
  • Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 - $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
