Role Overview: 

We are looking for a talented full-stack creative director to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly integrate with our dynamic team and contribute to various design projects.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience working with marketing agencies (preferably in a fast-paced, multi-client environment)
  • Proven track record designing for B2B marketing campaigns and assets
  • Strong UX/UI skills and hands-on experience creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages
  • Experience developing digital ads for LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and enhance outcomes
  • Experience creating brand style guides and ensuring visual consistency across channels
  • Ability to connect creative execution with performance analytics and business results
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with designers, developers, marketers, and clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work on time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft Creative Strategy: Lead the development of bold, data-informed creative concepts that align with client goals, differentiate brands in competitive markets, and connect design with measurable business outcomes.
  • Website & Landing Page Design: Create visually compelling, user-friendly web pages that drive conversions.
  • Advertising Design: Develop engaging ads for LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta that capture attention and deliver results.
  • Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, one-pagers, ebooks, white papers, and infographics for both print and digital formats.
  • Branding: Develop and maintain style and branding guides that ensure consistency and elevate our clients' brand identities.

  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Language: Strong written and spoken English
  • Availability during EST business hours
