About the role

As Creative Producer, you will shape and deliver emotionally resonant stories that build trust with real estate professionals and elevate Zillow’s brand. You will own the creative process from concept to final production across a variety of media, transforming real agent experiences into compelling narratives that inspire action. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and have the autonomy to drive high-impact content that supports Zillow’s business goals.

You Will Get To
  • Lead the creative development and production of video content across formats, including long-form, short-form, webinars, livestreams, testimonials, and product demos.

  • Create and manage end-to-end production workflows, from ideation and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.

  • Serve as the creative point of view for agent storytelling, ensuring narratives reflect customer needs and align with Zillow’s brand standards.

  • Produce emotionally resonant stories rooted in real agent experiences and insights.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and compelling.

  • Develop clear creative briefs that articulate goals, audience insights, and technical requirements.

  • Manage remote and in-person productions across multiple locations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Design scalable content approaches that maximize reuse across channels and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • Extensive experience in web video production, digital media, film, television, or a related field.

  • Strong creative and technical production skills, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound, and video editing.

  • Proven track record producing emotionally engaging narratives for specific audiences.

  • High proficiency with modern video production tools, editing software, and content workflows.

  • Experience supporting product and marketing initiatives in a technology or B2B SaaS environment.

  • Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with experience in distributed, international teams.
