The Creative Producer will drive creative vision and strategy, lead marketing campaigns, analyze effectiveness, and optimize processes in EdTech.

As a Creative Producer, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative vision and strategy for our EdTech product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Set and execute social media and communication campaigns in alignment with product, research, and marketing strategies.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and team activities to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators.
- Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback as needed.
- Adapt advertising creatives for different platforms and target audiences.
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose enhancements based on findings.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Research and implement new tools and approaches to optimize the creative process and drive results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or Performance marketing.
- Proven experience working with B2C mobile applications.
- Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results.
- Experience analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns.
- Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers.
- Copywriting skills and experience working with international markets are advantageous.
Nice to have:
- Experience in video and UGC content creation.
- Familiarity with web and app marketing.
- B2C niche market experience.
- Creative testing experience with Meta.
