About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to be the process driver and operational backbone of our marketing creative team. This role gets briefs out of inboxes and into action—turning requests into structured workflows and deliverables. You’ll help us close gaps, improve how we work, and scale the team’s ability to deliver more high-quality creative, faster.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll be the glue across creative, growth, content, and product marketing—working cross-functionally (XFN) and bridging both inter and intra-team workflows. The right candidate has a proven track record of improving process quickly in fast-growth environments and knows how to unlock both efficiency and creativity through better systems and AI-enabled workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and improve creative processes end-to-end: intake, scoping, resourcing, timelines, and delivery.
  • Act as de facto producer: be the connective tissue between creative, strategy, and execution.
  • Turn scattered requests and feedback into structured briefs and repeatable workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally (growth, content, product marketing, creative) to align priorities and keep projects moving.
  • Foster strong inter- and intra-team collaboration to reduce friction and increase velocity.
  • Document gaps and performance patterns to help optimize team structure and output.
  • Drive adoption of creative operations tools and AI platforms to speed up production.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep work on track.

What we expect from you:

  • 3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operations (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment.
  • Experience managing a variety of creative deliverables (ads, social, video, campaigns).
  • Strong project management toolkit (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset—you thrive when working XFN and bridging teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

How success is measured:

  • Reduced creative turnaround time (brief-to-delivery cycle).
  • Increased creative output velocity (assets produced per month).
  • Higher stakeholder satisfaction (measured via feedback/CSAT surveys).
  • Improved on-time delivery rate across projects.
  • Effective integration of AI tools into workflows (time saved, production costs reduced).

We are happy to share the set target salary range for the seniority level outlined in all of our job descriptions. Candidates should keep in mind that the final offer will depend on multiple factors such as: your valuable experience and expertise, geographic location, overall compensation, and prevailing market rates.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
