As a Performance Creative Strategist, you'll ideate, script, and execute high-volume paid social creative, analyze performance data, and direct UGC creators.
We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, and execution of high-volume, test-ready paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance, and systems. You’ll be responsible for generating a steady pipeline of concepts, translating product science into compelling UGC scripts, directing creators, and iterating quickly based on performance data.

What You’ll Do- Produce 20 performance concepts per week
- Turn product benefits & science into compelling scripts
- Direct UGC creators + manage a Video Editor
- Monitor trends & competitors to generate new angles
- Review footage/edits and deliver final ad variations
- Analyze performance data and iterate quickly
- Experienced in DTC performance creative (3–5 years)
- Expert at hooks, storytelling, UGC direction, and scripting
- Highly organized, fast-moving, analytical
- Fluent in Meta/TikTok ad trends
- Knowledgeable in supplement/wellness-ad compliant messaging
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok ad policies
- FTC-compliant messaging experience
- Experience with trend tools (Ads Library, TikTok CC, etc.)
- Able to deliver daily concepts & fast turnarounds.
