JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you'll do:

Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management 

  • Source, vet, and onboard creators in line with the network's growth targets. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, affiliate partners, and networks to drive campaign and program success. 
  • Support creator lifecycle management — onboarding, activation, retention, and performance check-ins. 

Campaign Execution & Partner Management 

  • Manage the implementation and optimisation of affiliate/CPL marketing campaigns across digital platforms and creator-led content campaigns. 
  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners and creators that align with commercial strategy. 
  • Coordinate creator briefs, deliverables, shoot days, and content timelines for brand campaigns. 

Performance Analysis & Optimisation 

  • Monitor affiliate and creator campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards; track KPIs such as click-through rates, conversions, ROI, and engagement milestones. 
  • Identify areas of underperformance (creator or campaign level) and recommend actionable solutions to improve outcomes. 
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. 

Client-Facing Support 

  • Support the Head of Team in managing client campaigns, including campaign setup, tracking implementation, and results reporting. 
  • Liaise with clients to understand campaign objectives and provide timely updates and performance insights. 
  • Ensure delivery of campaigns in accordance with compliance, brand safety, and platform best practices. 

Operational Efficiency 

  • Ensure smooth execution of workflows including contracts, tracking links, creator payouts, and affiliate payouts. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, tech, legal, content) to troubleshoot issues and enhance campaign delivery. 
  • Stay informed of the latest developments in affiliate marketing, the creator economy, and related platforms and technologies. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Who are you:

  • 2–5 years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing, creator management, or talent/influencer operations — preferably in a digital media or e-commerce environment. 
  • Strong familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, creator/affiliate management tools, campaign analytics tools, and digital marketing KPIs. 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once. 
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with both creators and clients.
